Sellbrite pricing is set by how many orders you take a month. The free plan covers 30 orders, Pro 100 costs $29 a month, Pro 500 $79 and Pro 2K $179. Above 2,000 orders the Power plans run $399 for 10,000 orders, $699 for 25,000, $999 for 50,000 and $1,699 for 100,000. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve, and the Amazon FBA integration adds $19 a month. Every number here comes from Sellbrite's own pricing pages, including the script that switches the page between monthly and yearly prices.
The per-plan price is only half the story. Which orders count, what happens when a busy month pushes you over, and what Sellbrite does not do at any price decide what you actually spend. Below: the full plan table, the rules behind the order count, three budgets for US multichannel sellers, and the gap most sellers fill with a spreadsheet.

All plans include unlimited sales channels. On the paid plans, inventory, prices and new orders sync every 15 minutes; the free plan syncs every two hours. Power plans add unlimited SKUs and users, four 30-minute onboarding sessions, and email, chat and callback phone support from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday. There are no setup fees, and every plan starts with 14 days of unlimited access without a credit card.
How much does Sellbrite cost per month?
Sellbrite costs $29 to $179 a month for sellers taking 31 to 2,000 orders, and $399 to $1,699 a month above that, before the $19 FBA add-on. Paying for a year up front cuts about 17 percent, because the yearly price equals ten monthly payments. A seller on Pro 500 pays $948 a year month to month or $790 on an annual plan.
The catch is that the yearly discount is also a commitment. Sellbrite's FAQ says an annual plan commits you to a full year, while a monthly plan can be canceled and stays active until the end of the billing period. If your volume swings hard between Q4 and the rest of the year, run a few months on monthly billing first so you know which tier you really live in.
Which orders count toward the Sellbrite plan limit?
Every new order from every connected channel counts, with one exception: Amazon FBA orders never count on the main Sellbrite plans. The count resets at the start of each billing cycle. So a seller with 300 eBay orders, 150 Etsy orders and 900 FBA orders a month counts 450 and fits Pro 500.
When you pass your tier in the middle of a cycle, Sellbrite moves you up automatically and charges the difference prorated for the rest of the cycle. That keeps listings syncing through a spike, and it means one strong weekend can raise the bill. Sellers who hover just under a threshold, say 480 orders on Pro 500, should budget for the next tier in November and December.
Sellbrite for Shopify pricing
Shopify merchants can install a separate edition that lists Shopify products on the marketplaces. Its prices are lower: Free for 30 orders, Pro 100 at $19, Pro 500 at $59 and Pro 2K at $99 a month. The difference is in the count. Shopify orders are not imported into Sellbrite for Shopify and do not count toward the limit, and FBA orders are not imported at all. You pay only for marketplace orders from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy and the rest.
If Shopify is your main store and the marketplaces are extra reach, this edition is usually the cheaper route. If you want one hub where Shopify and marketplace orders sit together, you need the standard plans.
Three real Sellbrite budgets
| Seller | Plan | Month to month | Paid yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Etsy and eBay shop, about 250 orders a month | Pro 500 | $79/mo, $948/yr | $790/yr |
| Shopify brand on Amazon (FBA) and Walmart, 1,200 non-FBA orders | Pro 2K + FBA add-on | $198/mo, $2,376/yr | $1,980/yr |
| Multichannel seller at 6,000 orders a month | Power 10K | $399/mo, $4,788/yr | $3,990/yr |
Those are the full software bills for listing, inventory sync and order routing. Shipping labels are bought through Sellbrite at carrier rates, and ShipStation, if you connect it for heavier shipping work, is a separate subscription.
Is Sellbrite worth it?
For a small or mid-size US seller who lists the same products on several marketplaces, yes, it is one of the cheapest ways to keep stock counts in line. Selling one unit on eBay lowers the quantity on Amazon, Etsy and Walmart within 15 minutes, which is the difference between a clean account and a cancellation defect. The listing tools and templates save real hours when you launch a product on five channels at once.
Where it is weaker: Sellbrite is owned by GoDaddy and development has been slow for years; the channel list still shows marketplaces that no longer exist, and support runs business hours Pacific only. Sellers who need warehouse picking, lots or bundles usually end up on a bigger tool. And the money side stays outside it: marketplace payouts still have to be matched in your books, and if a bank feed breaks during the monthly close, a CSV to QBO converter gets the downloaded transactions into QuickBooks without retyping them.
Does Sellbrite do inventory forecasting?
No. Sellbrite's feature list covers listing, multichannel inventory and price sync, multi-warehouse stock, order routing and shipping labels. It has no demand forecast, no reorder point calculation and no purchase orders. Sellbrite keeps the number of units right on every channel. It does not tell you when that number will hit zero or how many to order from your supplier.
That is the decision that costs the most money when it goes wrong. Run out of a best seller on Amazon and you lose the sales plus ranking; over-order a slow one and cash sits in a warehouse. Most Sellbrite users handle it with an export and a spreadsheet each month. The alternative is to put a forecasting layer next to Sellbrite: inventory replenishment software reads sales from every channel, sets a reorder point per SKU from the supplier's lead time and suggests the quantity. Storekeeper does this from $49 a month, and Growth at $149 adds draft purchase orders by supplier; see our multichannel inventory management page for how the channels feed one plan.
Sellbrite vs other multichannel inventory software on price
| Tool | Entry price | How the price grows | Forecast and POs? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sellbrite | Free to 30 orders, then $29/mo | Order tiers to $1,699 at 100,000 orders | No |
| Veeqo | Shipping plan free; Inventory from $19/mo | Seller-fulfilled order bands; High Volume from $350 | 30-day sales average and POs on paid plans |
| Sumtracker | Manage $59/mo | Orders per year; Replenish $119 for forecasting and POs | On Replenish |
| Linnworks | Quote only | Order volume plus add-on modules | Forecasting sold as a module |
| Storekeeper | $49/mo ($39 yearly) | Locations and channels: Growth $149, Scale $499 | Per-SKU forecast; draft POs on Growth |
Veeqo's full price bands are in our Veeqo pricing guide. If you sell mostly on one marketplace, the channel pages go deeper: eBay inventory management software, Etsy inventory management software and Amazon FBA inventory management.
Does Sellbrite have a free plan or free trial?
Both. Forever Free handles up to 30 orders a month with syncing every two hours and no add-ons, which suits a seller testing a second channel. Separately, every account gets 14 days of unlimited access to all features with no credit card, so you can run your real order volume through a paid tier before choosing one.
Can I cancel Sellbrite anytime?
On monthly billing, yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and the account stays active to the end of the paid period. On annual billing you have committed to twelve months at the discounted rate, so cancelling early does not refund the rest of the year.
Questions to ask before you buy Sellbrite
- How many non-FBA orders do you take in your busiest month, not your average one? That month sets your tier.
- Do you sell mainly on Shopify? Price the Sellbrite for Shopify edition first, since Shopify orders do not count there.
- Do you need FBA stock pulled into the other channels? Add $19 a month.
- Who decides reorder quantities today, and from what data? If the answer is a monthly spreadsheet, plan for a demand forecasting tool alongside the sync, or compare Storekeeper's plans.
