inFlow Inventory has three published plans in the US. Billed yearly, Entrepreneur costs $129 a month ($1,548 a year), Small Business $349 a month ($4,188) and Mid-Size $699 a month ($8,388). Billed monthly the same plans are $161, $436 and $874. Entrepreneur includes 2 team members, 100 sales orders a month and 1 integration; Small Business includes 5 members, 1,000 orders and 3 integrations; Mid-Size includes 10 members, unlimited orders and 5 integrations. Extra orders cost $0.20 each, and onboarding is a one-time $499. These figures come from inFlow's own pricing page. Directory listings still quote older numbers, so check any quote against the tables below.

The plan price is rarely the bill. Seats, integrations, lot and serial tracking, API access and the order overage are all priced separately, and the right plan depends mostly on how many orders you ship and how many systems you connect. Below: every plan, every add-on that changes the total, the point where overage beats upgrading, three first-year budgets, and how inFlow compares with the tools buyers shortlist next to it.

How much does inFlow cost per month?

inFlow costs $129 a month on Entrepreneur, $349 on Small Business and $699 on Mid-Size when billed yearly, which saves 20% against the monthly prices of $161, $436 and $874. A typical five-person wholesaler with QuickBooks Online, a Shopify store and lot tracking lands between $450 and $600 a month on Small Business once add-ons are counted, plus the one-time onboarding fee.

How much does the inFlow app cost?

The inFlow mobile app for picking, receiving and counting comes with every inFlow Inventory plan. The separate inFlow Stockroom app, built for scanning supplies and consumables in and out, is $39 a month as an add-on to a paid plan, or a standalone product at $69 a month billed yearly ($89 monthly). Stockroom on its own does no reordering, costing or sales, so it is not a replacement for the full system.

inFlow add-on prices

This is where the bill grows. All prices are monthly and sit on top of the plan:

Add-on Entrepreneur Small Business Mid-Size
Extra team member $59 $49 $39
Extra integration $49 $69 $89
Unlimited integrations $119 $139 $159
Lot numbers (batches, expiry) $69 $99 Included
Serial numbers $29 $49 $69
API access (including the MCP server) $49 $49 Included
Advanced access rights and PO approvals Not offered $69 Included
Showroom Pro (B2B portal on your domain) $59 $59 Included
inFlow Stockroom $39 $39 $39

One-time fees: the onboarding package is $499, marked optional on Entrepreneur and required on the larger plans, and an upgraded training package is $500 to $999 more. Paid training and professional services run $199 an hour. Integrations are counted as active connections such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Zapier, Xero and QuickBooks Online; EasyPost and inFlow Pay do not count toward the limit.

When the $0.20 overage beats upgrading

The 100-order Entrepreneur allowance is the line most buyers outgrow first, but the upgrade is not always the cheaper fix. On yearly billing, Small Business costs $220 a month more than Entrepreneur. At $0.20 per extra order, $220 buys 1,100 extra orders, so an Entrepreneur account shipping up to about 1,200 orders a month pays less in overage than it would to upgrade, and Small Business only includes 1,000 orders anyway. On yearly billing the allowance is pooled across the year (1,200 orders), which absorbs a busy holiday month.

What actually forces the upgrade is usually something else: a third user, a second warehouse (Entrepreneur has one location and no sublocations), or a second connected system. Two extra seats and one extra integration on Entrepreneur add $167 a month, most of the gap to Small Business, which also brings unlimited locations.

Three first-year inFlow budgets

1. Two-person online seller on Entrepreneur, about 250 orders a month

Entrepreneur billed yearly is $1,548. At 250 orders a month you pass the 1,200 yearly allowance by 1,800 orders, which is $360 of overage. Shopify plus QuickBooks Online is two integrations, so one extra at $49 a month adds $588. Onboarding is optional. First year: about $2,496.

2. Five-person wholesaler on Small Business, about 800 orders a month

Small Business billed yearly is $4,188. Lot tracking is $99 a month ($1,188). QuickBooks Online, Shopify, a marketplace and a shipping tool are four integrations, so one extra at $69 ($828). Onboarding is $499. First year: $6,703, or about $559 a month.

3. Twelve-person distributor on Mid-Size, about 3,000 orders a month

Mid-Size billed yearly is $8,388. Two extra members at $39 add $936, serial tracking at $69 adds $828, and onboarding is $499. Orders, lots and API access are included. First year: $10,651.

Does inFlow do demand forecasting?

Not in the sense most buyers mean. inFlow has reorder points with low-stock alerts, and a report that recommends reorder points from your sales history using an averaging period (90 days is its suggested start) and a safety stock percentage. You then set the points and raise purchase orders yourself. For forecasting that adjusts to trend and seasonality, inFlow points customers to StockTrim, a separate subscription priced by revenue band (about $298 a month for a $3M to $5M business).

That gap matters because it is the reason many inFlow accounts still run a reorder spreadsheet next to the system. Storekeeper is built for exactly that job: it forecasts demand per SKU, calculates reorder points from each supplier's lead time and flags dead stock from $49 a month, and the $149 Growth plan drafts the purchase orders by supplier across 5 locations and your sales channels. It works alongside inFlow or replaces it for sellers who mainly needed the reorder decision. The method is explained on the inventory replenishment software page, and the forecasting side on demand forecasting software.

inFlow pricing compared with its competitors

Tool Entry price What limits the entry plan Demand forecasting Best for
inFlow Inventory $129/mo annual ($161 monthly) 100 orders a month, 2 members, 1 integration, 1 location Reorder point report; forecasting via StockTrim Barcode-driven wholesalers and field service teams
Zoho Inventory $29/mo annual ($39 monthly) 500 orders a month, 3 users, 2 locations No; manual reorder point with notification Small sellers already in Zoho
Unleashed $99/mo Lite; $399/mo Core 100 sales orders a month, 3 users, 3 integrations AIM $149/mo on Core, included on Pro Distributors on Xero or QuickBooks Online
Fishbowl $229/mo annual (Essentials, 2 users) User count; required implementation package On the $729 Scale plan QuickBooks distributors and light manufacturers
Katana From $299/mo plus usage Billed on delivered sales orders and extra locations Included on every plan Makers with BOMs
Storekeeper $49/mo ($39 annual) 1 location on Starter; no order cap Per-SKU forecast, reorder point and quantity on every plan; draft POs on Growth $149 The reorder decision on top of your inventory or accounting system

If you make products, inFlow Manufacturing is a separate line: StartUp $179, Growth $449, Scale $899 and Expansion $2,299 a month billed yearly ($224, $561, $1,124 and $2,874 monthly), each with everything in the matching Inventory plan plus bills of materials and work orders. Compare it with Katana pricing, and the distribution tools with Unleashed pricing and Zoho Inventory pricing. If you have already decided to move, the inFlow alternatives page compares the replacements by operation type.

Is inFlow worth the price?

inFlow is worth it for a wholesaler, distributor or field service team that scans barcodes daily, ships a few hundred to a few thousand B2B orders a month and wants a clean system with in-house support. It is weaker value for a high-volume e-commerce seller who needs many integrations, and for anyone buying it mainly to decide what to reorder, since forecasting is not part of the product. Buyers whose real pain is chasing vendor confirmations and approvals, not stock levels, often get more from dedicated purchase order management software than from moving up an inventory tier for PO approvals.

Does inFlow have a free trial?

Yes. inFlow offers a 14-day free trial with unlimited features and no free plan after it. Run the trial with your real item list and one month of real orders, because the order count, the number of connected systems and whether you need lots or serials decide the plan far more than the feature list does.

Questions to ask inFlow before you sign

  • How are sales orders counted against the allowance, and when is overage billed on a yearly plan?
  • Is the $499 onboarding package required on my plan, and what does it cover?
  • Which of my systems count as integrations, and does the QuickBooks Online link use one of the slots?
  • Do add-ons such as lot numbers get the 20% yearly discount, or only the base plan?
  • What renewal increase should I expect in year two?

The short version: inFlow prices a solid barcode-first system fairly for B2B teams, and its overage is cheaper than it looks. If your reorder decisions are the real problem, add the forecasting layer first and compare plans on our pricing page.
