StockTrim pricing is set by your annual revenue, not by users or SKUs. Billed monthly it costs $67 under $100,000 in revenue, $127 up to $500,000, $177 up to $1 million, $197 up to $2 million, $297 up to $3 million, $397 up to $5 million and $497 up to $10 million. Bands continue to $2,997 a month at $30 to $50 million, and above $50 million is by quote. Paying yearly takes 25 percent off. Every figure below comes from the price table in the script on StockTrim's own pricing page.
The pricing page shows one band at a time in a dropdown, which makes it hard to see where the steps are or what next year will cost. Directories do not help: most still list three product-count plans that StockTrim only uses on the Shopify App Store. Below is the full table, the add-on for manufacturers, the one-time fees, three budgets for US businesses, and how the cost compares with forecasting tools that charge differently.
StockTrim pricing plans by revenue band
| Annual revenue | Billed monthly | Billed yearly (per month) | With raw materials add-on, monthly | With add-on, yearly (per month) |

| $500k to $1M | $177 | $133 | $237 | $193 |
| $1M to $2M | $197 | $148 | $257 | $208 |
| $2M to $3M | $297 | $223 | $397 | $323 |
| $3M to $5M | $397 | $298 | $497 | $398 |
| $5M to $10M | $497 | $373 | $597 | $493 |
| $10M to $15M | $797 | $598 | $997 | $798 |
| $15M to $20M | $997 | $748 | $1,297 | $1,047 |
| $20M to $30M | $1,497 | $1,123 | $1,897 | $1,553 |
| $30M to $50M | $2,997 | $2,248 | $3,597 | $2,847 |
| Over $50M | Quote | Quote | Quote | Quote |
Every band buys the same product. The pricing page lists machine-learning demand forecasts, order planning, forecasting for new products without sales history, multi-location planning, variable lead times, automated purchasing workflows, seasonality modelling, unlimited users and SKUs, unlimited platform connections and full API access. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, so the band is the only thing that moves the bill.
How much does StockTrim cost per month?
StockTrim costs $67 to $397 a month for businesses under $5 million in annual revenue when billed monthly, or $49 to $298 a month when billed yearly. From $5 million to $10 million it is $497 ($373 yearly), and from $10 million the price climbs from $797 to $2,997. Manufacturers who need bill of materials forecasting pay $50 to $600 a month more, depending on the band.
The steps are uneven. Going from $1.9 million to $2.1 million in revenue raises the monthly price by $100, from $197 to $297. Crossing $10 million adds $300, and crossing $30 million doubles the bill from $1,497 to $2,997. If you are close to a threshold, budget for the band above.
What the Raw Materials Forecasting and Multi-Level BOMs add-on costs
The add-on forecasts components and raw materials from the demand for finished goods, through several levels of a bill of materials. It is the one paid extra on the page, and its price follows the band: $50 a month under $500,000 in revenue, $60 from $500,000 to $2 million, $100 from $2 million to $10 million, $200 at $10 to $15 million, $300 at $15 to $20 million, $400 at $20 to $30 million and $600 at $30 to $50 million. On yearly billing the add-on is nearly the same price as on monthly billing; the 25 percent saving applies mostly to the base plan.
A reseller, retailer or wholesaler that buys finished goods does not need it. A brand that assembles, kits or manufactures from components does, and should read the last two columns of the table above.
Is StockTrim cheaper if you pay yearly?
Yes, by 25 percent. StockTrim calls it three months free: you pay for nine months and get twelve. The $3 million to $5 million band drops from $397 to $298 a month, which is $3,576 for the year instead of $4,764. The catch is the commitment. StockTrim's FAQ says that once you are on a yearly plan you are committed for the full twelve months and cannot switch back to monthly until the term ends. You can move from monthly to yearly at any time.
StockTrim on the Shopify App Store is priced differently
This is where most of the conflicting numbers online come from. The App Store listing has four plans billed through Shopify, sized by products instead of revenue:
| App Store plan | Monthly | Yearly | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ecommerce Starter | $39 | Not listed | 1 to 500 SKUs, up to $1M in sales |
| Starter | $199 | $1,188 | Up to 100 products |
| Growth | $299 | $2,388 | 101 to 2,000 products |
| Ultra | $399 | $3,588 | 2,001 to 10,000 products |
For a small Shopify store the $39 Ecommerce Starter plan is the cheapest way into StockTrim, cheaper than the $67 website price for the same business. For a store with 1,500 products and $800,000 in sales the website band ($177) beats the App Store Growth plan ($299). Check both before you subscribe, and ask StockTrim which one applies to you if the two disagree.
One-time fees and support
The pricing card lists onboarding at $299. It is optional: StockTrim says 90 percent of users are running in under an hour without it. The FAQ adds a detail that matters for small accounts. A dedicated customer success manager comes with plans above $5 million in revenue. Below that you onboard yourself in the app, or buy a twelve-month service package for a one-time $497. So a business in the $1 million band that wants a named contact should add that to its first-year cost.
Three real StockTrim budgets
| Business | Band | Year, monthly billing | Year, yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify home goods brand, $400k a year | $100k to $500k | $1,524 | $1,140 |
| Wholesaler on Unleashed, $1.5M a year, with the $497 service package | $1M to $2M | $2,861 | $2,273 |
| Food manufacturer, $6M a year, raw materials add-on | $5M to $10M | $7,164 | $5,916 |
A revenue-banded subscription moves up quietly when you have a good year, so it is worth having your expense management software flag the month the charge changes. A jump from $197 to $297 is easy to miss on a card statement and adds $1,200 over the next twelve months.
Does StockTrim have a free trial?
Yes. StockTrim has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can use its demo data or load your own, and your data carries over when you subscribe. After the trial ends you can still log in for another 21 days before the account is deactivated. There is no free plan after the trial.
What does StockTrim integrate with?
StockTrim is a forecasting layer that sits on top of the system holding your stock. Its Shopify listing names Cin7, Fishbowl, inFlow Inventory, QuickBooks, Unleashed and Xero alongside Shopify, there is a BigCommerce app, and the pricing page includes unlimited platform connections and a REST API on every band. That breadth is its real strength. If your stock lives in an ERP or an inventory system that has no forecasting of its own, StockTrim is one of the few tools that connects to most of them.
Is StockTrim worth it?
For a manufacturer or a distributor on an ERP, usually yes. Component forecasting through a multi-level bill of materials is rare at this price, and $297 to $497 a month is small next to the stock a $3 million business carries. For a retailer or an online brand that buys finished goods, the question is whether you want your forecasting bill tied to revenue. The forecasting job at $4 million is the same as at $2 million: the same SKUs, the same suppliers, the same lead times. The price is $100 to $200 a month higher.
StockTrim vs other forecasting tools on price
| Tool | How it charges | $400k business | $1.5M business | $6M business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| StockTrim | Revenue band | $127 | $197 | $497 |
| Prediko (Shopify only) | Shopify revenue band | $119 | $199 | $499 |
| Storekeeper Starter, one location | Flat | $49 | $49 | $49 |
| Storekeeper Growth, up to five locations and channels | Flat | $149 | $149 | $149 |
All prices are per month on monthly billing. Storekeeper does not charge by revenue. Starter is $49 a month for one location with per-SKU forecasts, reorder points and dead stock alerts. Growth is $149 for up to five locations and sales channels, with multichannel sync and draft purchase orders by supplier. Billed yearly they are $24 and $74. To be fair to StockTrim: a $400k business that needs several locations and purchase orders pays $127 there and $149 on our Growth plan, and StockTrim forecasts raw materials, which Storekeeper's plans do not list. From $2 million in revenue the order flips, and the gap widens with every band.
If you are choosing a forecasting tool, our demand forecasting software page explains the method and compares the main options. Shopify merchants can go straight to the Shopify inventory forecasting app comparison, and brands with a warehouse and stores to the Shopify multi location inventory app page. For the other revenue-banded tool, see the Prediko pricing guide.
Can I cancel StockTrim anytime?
On monthly billing, yes. StockTrim's FAQ says monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by emailing support with your company name and the reason, and the request has to come from the account owner. There is no cancel button described on the pricing page. On a yearly plan you are committed until the twelve months are up.
Questions to ask before you buy StockTrim
- Which revenue band will you be in a year from now? Budget for that one.
- Do you forecast components? If so, use the add-on columns for every band you model.
- Are you buying on the website or through the Shopify App Store, and which price applies?
- Do you want a named contact under $5 million? Add $497, or $299 for an onboarding session.
- Would a flat price fit better as you grow? Compare Storekeeper's plans and our inventory replenishment software page.
