Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain language

Do I pay anything to join early access?
No. Joining the list is free and card-free. Billing starts only when the product launches, you have a paid plan selected, and you have chosen to subscribe.
Are these prices final?
They are the planned launch prices and the ones early-access users will be offered. If anything changes before launch, the list hears first, and early-access members will not pay more than what is published here.
What counts as a location?
A place stock physically sits and sells or ships from: a store, a warehouse, a 3PL. An online channel (your Shopify store, a marketplace) counts as a channel, not a location.
Is there a setup fee or implementation cost?
No. Storekeeper is cloud software with guided onboarding. The Scale plan includes hands-on onboarding help; Enterprise includes a dedicated success manager.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any billing boundary. Yearly billing locks the lower rate for the year.
