Terms of service

These terms cover the Storekeeper website at storekeeper.ai, the free Stock Health Scan demo, and the early-access list. They are provided by Storekeeper. Using the site means you accept them.

What this site is

Storekeeper is a software product in early access. This site describes it, lets you try a live preview of its forecasting engine on sample or pasted data, and lets you join the early-access list. There is no paid service, no account, and no billing on this site today. Published prices are planned launch prices and may change before launch; confirmed early-access members will be told before any of it applies to them.

The demo

The Stock Health Scan is a screening preview for evaluation. Its output is an estimate computed from the numbers you provide and is not purchasing, financial or business advice; do not make ordering decisions on the demo alone. Fair-use limits apply (the site enforces them); automated scraping or bulk use of the demo is not permitted. Do not paste data you have no right to share; whatever you paste is processed to answer your scan and is not stored.

The early-access list

Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We commit to emailing you about access and launch, and to nothing else. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to [email protected]. A spot on the list is not a guarantee of service availability, launch date, or final feature set.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, or attempt to break the site; do not submit others' personal data to the demo; do not misrepresent affiliation with us. We may block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and copy belong to Storekeeper. The numbers you paste into the demo remain yours; the scan result for your own data is yours to use.

Warranties and liability

The site and demo are provided "as is", free of charge. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for decisions made on demo output or for interruptions of a free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Polish law governs these terms, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply to you at home.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above changes, and material changes are announced to the list before they take effect.
