Privacy policy
Last updated July 10, 2026
This policy covers the Storekeeper website at storekeeper.ai, operated by Storekeeper. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect, and why
Early-access signups. If you join the list we store the email address you give us, the confirmation state, when you signed up, which button you used (for example "hero" or "pricing"), campaign parameters from the link that brought you here, and the IP address and browser identification your request carried. We use this to run the early-access list, prevent abuse, and understand which pages convince people. This is the only personal data this site asks you for.
The demo. Rows you paste into the stock scan are processed to produce your result and are not stored. If your pasted text cannot be parsed directly, it is sent to Google's Gemini API for extraction under our agreement with Google; it is not used to train models we control, and we log only that a scan happened, never its contents.
Analytics. We use privacy-conscious page analytics (page views, referrers, device class, approximate region) to see how the site is used. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not buy third-party data about you.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your email address or any other data.
- Add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. The list gets launch and access emails, nothing else.
- Store demo inputs, or use them for anything but answering your scan.
Legal basis
For the early-access list, the basis is your consent, given when you submit your email and proven by the confirmation code. For security logging and abuse prevention, the basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working. You can withdraw consent at any time (below).
Retention
Signup records are kept while the early-access program runs and for up to 12 months after launch, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs rotate within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] from the address in question and it is done, usually within a few days and always within 30. EU/EEA residents also have the right to complain to their local data-protection authority; for us that is the Polish UODO.
Processors we rely on
Hosting and content delivery (including Cloudflare), transactional email delivery, and Google's Gemini API for the demo's text extraction. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and confirmed list members get an email before the change applies to them.
