Cin7 pricing starts at $349 a month for Cin7 Core Standard, then $599 a month for Pro and $1,199 a month for Advanced, with prices in USD before tax. Standard includes 5 users, 6,000 sales orders a year and 2 integrations. Cin7 Omni, the enterprise product, is quote only. Forecasting, B2B portal, POS, API access and several warehouse features are add-ons with no published price. The headline number is the smallest part of the decision. The order cap, the add-on list and your renewal terms decide what Cin7 actually costs you.

Below is every published Cin7 plan in one table, what each tier includes and leaves out, three worked annual cost scenarios, and the questions worth putting to Cin7 sales in writing before you sign. Prices are taken from Cin7's own pricing page; where Cin7 does not publish a number, we say so instead of guessing.

Cin7 pricing plans at a glance

Plan Price Users Sales orders per year Integrations Notable inclusions
Core Standard $349/mo 5 6,000 2 Unlimited locations, barcode scanning, assemblies, kits, batch tracking
Core Pro $599/mo 10 24,000 4 Adds material requirements planning (MRP)
Core Advanced $1,199/mo 15 120,000 6 Adds advanced warehouse management, advanced automations, returns (RMA)
Omni Quote only 8 Flexible 5 Customizable enterprise product, unlimited SKUs

One note that saves confusion: many review sites still list Core Advanced at $999 a month. Cin7's current pricing page shows $1,199. If a reseller or an older comparison quotes the lower figure, confirm it before you budget around it.

How much does Cin7 cost?

Cin7 costs $349 to $1,199 a month on its published Core plans, which is $4,188 to $14,388 a year before tax, add-ons and onboarding. Cin7 Omni is priced per customer. Most small brands land on Standard or Pro, so a realistic starting budget is $4,200 to $7,200 a year for the base subscription alone.

That figure grows with three things: sales order volume (each tier has an annual cap), the number of ecommerce and app connections you need, and the add-ons your operation depends on. A brand selling on Shopify, Amazon and a wholesale channel with QuickBooks for the books already needs four connections, which is Pro territory even if its order count would fit Standard.

What each Cin7 Core plan includes

Cin7 Core Standard ($349 a month)

Standard covers the inventory basics well: unlimited stock locations, product management, barcode scanning, standard assembly manufacturing, kits and bundles, batch tracking and cost of goods tracking. The limits are what push people up. Five users, 2 integrations and 6,000 sales orders a year is roughly 500 orders a month. MRP is an add-on here, and advanced warehouse management and returns are not available on this tier at all.

Cin7 Core Pro ($599 a month)

Pro is the tier Cin7 labels most popular. It doubles users to 10, quadruples the order cap to 24,000 a year, allows 4 integrations and includes MRP. Advanced warehouse management, returns and advanced automations are available as paid add-ons rather than included.

Cin7 Core Advanced ($1,199 a month)

Advanced raises the order cap to 120,000 a year with 15 users and 6 integrations, and bundles the three features that are extras on Pro: advanced warehouse management, advanced automations and RMA. If you were going to buy two of those add-ons on Pro, price Advanced side by side, because the gap may be smaller than it looks.

How is Cin7 Omni priced?

Cin7 Omni has no public price. Cin7 describes it as a custom solution for larger businesses, priced to your requirements, with 8 users, 5 connections and flexible order volume as the baseline. Expect a sales-led process and a quote that depends on channels, locations and onboarding scope. Get the full first-year cost, including implementation, in writing.

Cin7 add-ons: what costs extra

This is where Cin7 budgets drift. The pricing page lists the following as add-ons, none with a published price:

  • Cin7 ForesightAI forecasting. Demand forecasting is not in any base plan. Cin7 says the add-on is priced on gross merchandise value, so it rises as you sell more.
  • Material requirements planning. An add-on on Standard, included from Pro.
  • Advanced warehouse management. Not available on Standard, an add-on on Pro, included on Advanced.
  • B2B portal and additional portal sites.
  • Point of sale and additional POS registers.
  • API and Flex API access.
  • Advanced automations and intelligent document recognition.
  • Extra users, extra integrations and SKUs over 100,000.
  • Premium support and professional services. Standard 24/7 chat support is included on all plans.

EDI and 3PL connections run through the API and partner solutions, which usually means a partner's fee on top.

What you actually pay: three worked scenarios

These use only the published subscription prices, so treat them as the floor. Add-on quotes land on top.

A Shopify brand doing 450 orders a month. That is 5,400 orders a year, inside Standard's 6,000 cap, with Shopify and QuickBooks as the two connections. Base cost: $349 a month, or $4,188 a year. Add Amazon as a third channel, or grow past 500 orders a month, and the brand moves to Pro at $7,188 a year.

A wholesaler that needs forecasting. Twelve thousand orders a year and four connections puts it on Pro at $7,188 a year. Because ForesightAI is priced on sales volume, the forecasting cost for a busy wholesaler is a separate line in the quote, and it grows with revenue.

A small manufacturer with a warehouse. MRP pushes it toward Pro, and advanced warehouse management is an add-on there. Buying Advanced instead costs $14,388 a year and includes both. The honest comparison is Pro plus the warehouse add-on quote against $14,388.

Does Cin7 have a free trial?

Yes. Cin7 Core offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you do not subscribe, the trial account is deleted when the 14 days end, so export anything you set up. Two weeks is short for testing integrations with real order volume, so plan the trial around your two or three hardest workflows.

Is Cin7 worth the price?

Cin7 is worth it when you genuinely use the breadth: several sales channels, B2B and retail from one stock pool, assemblies, and a team that needs warehouse and returns workflows. For that operation, $599 to $1,199 a month replaces several separate tools and plenty of spreadsheet work.

It is harder to justify when the real problem is narrower. Many teams shopping Cin7 already record stock well enough in QuickBooks or Shopify. What they lack is a reliable answer to what to reorder, how much, and which products are tying up cash. Buying a full platform and then adding a volume-priced forecasting module on top is an expensive way to get that answer. And because a Cin7 plan tends to be one of many subscriptions that creep up at renewal, it helps to keep an eye on total SaaS spend across the stack, not just this one line.

Cheaper options if forecasting is what you need

If you are comparing platforms end to end, our Cin7 alternatives page puts Fishbowl, Katana, Zoho Inventory, inFlow and Sortly next to Cin7 on price, users and forecasting.

If the missing piece is purchasing decisions rather than a new system of record, Storekeeper is built for exactly that. Every plan includes per-SKU demand forecasting, reorder points calculated from lead time and safety stock, and dead-stock flags priced in dollars. Starter is $49 a month, Growth is $149 a month with multichannel sync and auto-drafted purchase orders, and Scale is $499 a month with unlimited locations and API access. Pricing is per plan, not per seat, and forecasting is never an add-on. See the full Storekeeper pricing, or if your books live in QuickBooks, the QuickBooks inventory forecasting software page shows how the forecast runs on your existing QuickBooks data.

Need Cin7 Core Storekeeper
Entry price $349/mo $49/mo ($39 billed yearly)
Demand forecasting ForesightAI add-on, priced on GMV Included on every plan
Draft purchase orders Yes, from reorder levels you set Yes, drafted from the forecast (Growth and up)
Users 5, 10 or 15 by tier Not priced per seat

That last row matters. If you need a B2B ordering portal or a full warehouse module, Cin7 does things Storekeeper does not, and its price reflects that.

Questions to ask Cin7 sales before you sign

  1. What happens when I pass my order cap? Ask whether you are moved up a tier automatically, billed for extra volume, or warned first.
  2. What is the written price for each add-on I need? Especially ForesightAI, since GMV-based pricing moves with your sales.
  3. What does onboarding cost, and which track fits us? Cin7 offers group, one-to-one and partner-led onboarding; get the fee and timeline for yours.
  4. How much notice do I get before a price increase at renewal, and is there a cap?
  5. Which of my channels count as integrations? Accounting, marketplace, ecommerce and shipping connections all count toward the limit.
  6. What does an extra user or extra integration cost? Both are available but not priced publicly.

Getting those six answers on paper turns a $349 headline into a first-year number you can compare fairly. Then compare it against what the problem is worth: if stockouts and overstock are the pain, run the stock scan at the top of this page on your own SKUs and see what a forecast-first tool tells you before committing to a platform. Our guide to avoiding stockouts covers the numbers behind that decision.
