Refund policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
In short, payments are final, and we refund only in the three cases listed under the exceptions below. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops every later renewal.
All sales are final
A Storekeeper plan is a monthly or yearly subscription for access to the software, with the limits and features shown on the pricing page. You pay for access for a period, and that access is granted in full when the period starts, whether or not you use it. By subscribing you ask us to start providing the service immediately and accept that any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply ends once performance has begun.
What is never refunded
- Changing your mind, or no longer needing the software.
- Not using the service during a paid period.
- A renewal, including one collected after failed attempts, because the new period had already started.
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your account.
- Forecast or alert results that differ from what you expected. Forecasts are estimates based on the data you import.
- A feature that is not described on the pricing page.
- Buying the wrong plan or billing period.
- The unused part of a period after cancelling. Access runs to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
- Use of your account by anyone you shared your login with.
The only exceptions
We refund the affected charge only where the case can be shown from our records and those of our payment provider:
- A duplicate charge, where you were billed twice for the same period through a fault in our billing.
- An unauthorised charge, where someone used your card without your authority and you report it within 14 days of the charge.
- A total failure of service, where a confirmed fault on our side made the service unusable for a continuous period, you reported it at the time, and we could not resolve it.
A refund is limited to the amount you paid for the affected period and goes back to the original payment method.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the date, the amount and the case from the list above. Requests sent after 14 days are not considered. Starting a chargeback instead of writing to us first breaches the terms and closes the account.
Renewals and cancelling
Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel from your account, in the billing section, with no need to contact us. Cancelling does not undo a charge already taken for the current period; it stops the next one. If a card payment fails, it is retried over the following days, and those retries relate to a period that has already begun.
What we keep on record
For every subscription we keep the date of purchase, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the confirmation email, renewal notices and a log of activity on the account. Our payment provider keeps its own record of each transaction, including the result of any bank authentication. We assess any claim against these records.
