Unleashed pricing has three published plans in the US. Billed monthly, Unleashed Lite is $99 a month, Unleashed Core is $399 and Unleashed Pro is $729. Billed yearly they cost $1,089, $4,389 and $8,019, which works out to $91, $366 and $668 a month. Every plan includes 100 sales orders a month; Lite and Core include 3 users and Pro includes 5, with extra seats at $69 (Lite and Core) or $89 (Pro). Forecasting sits in the Advanced Inventory Manager module at $149 a month on Core and is included on Pro, and onboarding is a one-time $449 to $5,549. All of these figures come from Unleashed's own US pricing page. Several review directories still quote plans Unleashed no longer sells, so check any quote against this table.
Nobody pays just the plan price. The 100-order allowance is small for any wholesaler with real volume, seats add up quickly, and forecasting is a paid module unless you are on Pro. Below is each plan, every add-on that changes the bill, three worked first-year budgets, and how Unleashed compares with the tools buyers usually shortlist next to it.
Unleashed pricing plans at a glance

| Advanced Inventory Manager (forecasting, MRP) | Not listed for Lite | $149/mo add-on | Included |
The feature core is the same idea on every tier: stock on hand, sales orders, purchase orders, receiving, batch and serial tracking, landed costs, stock counts and low-stock alerts, plus the Xero or QuickBooks Online connection. What separates the plans is capacity (users, orders, integrations, API calls), multi-warehouse management, and which paid modules are available or already bundled.
How much does Unleashed cost per month?
Unleashed costs $99 a month on Lite, $399 on Core and $729 on Pro when billed monthly, before tax. Paying yearly saves up to 10%, bringing the effective monthly price to $91, $366 and $668. A typical small wholesaler running Core with forecasting, a few extra seats and an order upgrade ends up between $700 and $900 a month, not $399, because each of those is billed separately.
Unleashed add-on and upgrade prices
This is where most of the real cost lives. The monthly prices below are from the pricing page and apply on top of the plan:
| Add-on or upgrade | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Sales order upgrade | 500 orders $70/mo, 1,500 $200/mo, 3,000 $320/mo, unlimited $490/mo | Replaces the 100-order allowance. Go over in a given month and Unleashed applies a higher allocation to the following months. |
| Advanced Inventory Manager (AIM) | $149/mo | Forecasting and MRP at product and component level. Included on Pro. |
| Warehouse Management and Multi-Bin | $149/mo | Mobile pick, pack, receive and bin transfers. Included on Pro. Warehouse devices $49 each. |
| Production and Manufacturing | $69/mo | Assemblies, BOMs, Kanban production planning. Included on Pro. |
| Access Analytics | $69/mo | Business intelligence suite. Included on Pro. |
| B2B eCommerce Store | From $129/mo | Wholesale ordering portal for trade customers. |
| Sales Growth, Marketing Accelerator, CRM | From $119, $262 and $450/mo | Each higher tier includes the one below it. |
| Extra integration | $39/mo each | Beyond the 3 or 5 included. |
| Extra API calls | $159 (Core, 250k) or $239 (Pro, 500k) | Matters if a storefront or 3PL syncs frequently. |
| Extra file storage | $29/mo per 10GB | Core and Pro include 10GB. |
| Support | Standard $99/mo, Premier $239/mo | Premier adds a dedicated success manager and account reviews. |
| Onboarding (one time) | $449 self-service, $799 standard, $5,549 full | Full onboarding covers consultative setup and hands-on training. |
Two lines deserve extra attention. First, integrations: three is fewer than it sounds once you count a Shopify store, a marketplace, QuickBooks and a shipping tool, so a fourth connection at $39 is common. Teams that need to move data between systems Unleashed has no native connector for usually end up on a separate data integration platform, which is its own budget line. Second, the order allowance. An e-commerce seller can pass 100 orders in a day, which is why Unleashed's own pricing page tells Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon sellers to book a call to size their plan.
Three first-year Unleashed budgets
These use the monthly list prices unless noted, so each can be checked line by line against the tables above.
1. Two-person distributor on Lite, about 300 orders a month
Lite billed yearly is $1,089. Three hundred orders is over the 100 included, so add the 500-order tier at $70 a month ($840 a year). Self-service onboarding is $449. First year: about $2,378. That buys a clean single-warehouse system of record, but no multi-warehouse and no forecasting module.
2. Five-person wholesaler on Core, about 500 orders a month, with forecasting
Core $399, two extra users $138, the 500-order tier $70, Advanced Inventory Manager $149 and Standard support $99 come to $855 a month, or $10,260 a year. Standard onboarding adds $799. First year: $11,059. Moving Core itself to yearly billing ($4,389 instead of $4,788) trims that to about $10,660.
3. Eight-person brand on Pro, about 1,500 orders a month
Pro $729, three extra users at $89 ($267), the 1,500-order tier $200 and Premier support $239 come to $1,435 a month, or $17,220 a year. AIM, warehouse management, production and analytics are included on Pro. Full onboarding adds $5,549. First year: $22,769, or about $22,040 with Pro billed yearly.
Is Unleashed worth the price?
Unleashed is worth it for a distributor or light manufacturer that needs one system for purchasing, batch and serial tracking, assemblies, landed costs and a tight Xero or QuickBooks Online link, and that ships a few hundred B2B orders a month rather than thousands of small web orders. It is expensive for a high-volume e-commerce seller, because the order upgrades and integrations scale with exactly the activity that seller has most of.
The other common mismatch is buying Core for forecasting. If the question you actually need answered is "what should I reorder this week, and how much," you are paying $399 plus $149 for a module inside a full ERP-style system. A dedicated demand forecasting software layer does that job on top of the system you already run. Storekeeper forecasts demand per SKU, sets reorder points from supplier lead times and flags dead stock from $49 a month, and the Growth plan at $149 drafts the purchase orders by supplier across 5 locations. It does not replace Unleashed's manufacturing or B2B portal; it replaces the spreadsheet you use to decide what to buy. The inventory replenishment software page walks through the method.
Unleashed pricing compared with its competitors
| Tool | Entry price | What limits the entry plan | Demand forecasting | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unleashed | $99/mo Lite; $399/mo Core | 100 sales orders a month, 3 users, 3 integrations | AIM $149/mo on Core, included on Pro | Distributors and light manufacturers on Xero or QuickBooks Online |
| Zoho Inventory | $29/mo annual ($39 monthly) | 500 orders a month, 3 users, 2 locations | No; manual reorder point with notification | Small sellers under 3,000 orders a month |
| Katana | From $299/mo plus usage | Usage billed on delivered sales orders and extra locations | Included on every plan | Makers with BOMs and production scheduling |
| Cin7 Core | $349/mo (Standard, 5 users) | 6,000 orders a year | ForesightAI priced on GMV | Multichannel brands with B2B and warehouse needs |
| Fishbowl | $229/mo annual (Essentials, 2 users) | User count; required implementation package | On the $729 Scale plan | QuickBooks distributors and light manufacturers |
| Storekeeper | $49/mo ($39 annual) | 1 location on Starter; no order cap | Per-SKU forecast, reorder point and quantity on every plan; draft POs on Growth $149 | The forecasting and reorder layer on top of your inventory or accounting system |
Each competitor has its own billing trap. Katana meters delivered orders (see the Katana pricing breakdown), Cin7 caps orders per year (see Cin7 pricing), and Zoho caps orders per month (see Zoho Inventory pricing). If you are already leaving Unleashed rather than pricing it, the Unleashed alternatives page compares the replacements by operation type.
Does Unleashed have a free plan or free trial?
Unleashed has no free plan. Every tier offers a 14-day free trial, and Core and Pro buyers can also book a call with sales. Use the trial with your real product list and a month of real orders, because the order allowance and integration count are what decide your final plan, and neither shows up in a demo account.
Can you cancel Unleashed at any time?
On a monthly plan you can cancel with 30 days' written notice from the account owner. On a yearly plan you cancel at the end of the 12-month term, with the same notice. Onboarding fees are one-time and not tied to the term. Plan changes, extra users and add-ons can be made at any time, though some take effect only at the next billing or renewal date.
Questions to ask Unleashed before you sign
- How exactly are sales orders counted against the allowance, and how is the higher allocation applied after an overage month?
- Do the order upgrade, extra users and add-ons get the yearly discount, or only the base plan?
- Which of my channels count as integrations, and does a QuickBooks Online or Xero link use one of the included slots?
- Is Advanced Inventory Manager available on Lite at all, or do I need Core for forecasting?
- What renewal increase should I expect in year two, and can it be capped in writing?
The short version: Unleashed prices a capable system fairly for B2B distribution, and much less fairly for high-order-count selling or for buyers who mainly want forecasting. If your reorder decisions are the problem, start with the forecasting layer, and compare plans on our pricing page.
