Ordoro pricing is split into three apps that you buy separately. Shipping is free for 100 labels a month, then $59 (3,000 labels) or $149 (unlimited). Inventory costs $349 or $499 a month, each with 1,000 orders and $100 for every extra 1,000. Dropshipping starts at $299. Purchase orders and the forecasting report are only on the $499 Inventory plan. Every figure below comes from Ordoro's own pricing page.
That last point is the one most buyers miss. Ordoro's headline "Inventory from $349" sounds like the price of stock control, but the $349 Advanced plan has no purchase orders, no stocktakes and no forecasting report. A seller who wants to reorder from inside Ordoro pays $499, and usually adds a shipping plan on top. Below is every plan, the overage math, three budgets for US sellers and what the same job costs elsewhere.
Ordoro pricing plans by app
| App and plan | Price per month | Included volume | Over the limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shipping Essential | $0 | 100 labels, 1 channel, 1 location, 1 user | Account locks until you upgrade or the cycle resets |
| Shipping Advanced | $59 | 3,000 labels, 5 channels, 5 locations, unlimited users | $30 per extra 1,000 labels |
| Shipping Premium | $149 | Unlimited labels, channels and locations | Own carrier accounts: first 1,000 labels included, then $30 per 1,000 |
| Inventory Advanced | $349 | 1,000 orders, unlimited warehouses, channels and users | $100 per extra 1,000 orders |
| Inventory Premium | $499 | 1,000 orders, unlimited warehouses, channels and users | $100 per extra 1,000 orders |
| Dropshipping Advanced | $299 | 1,000 dropshipments, unlimited dropship locations | $100 per extra 1,000 dropshipments |
| Dropshipping Premium | Quote | Custom volume, supplier feeds, vendor portals | By agreement |
Prices are shown per month with no annual discount on the page. Every app has a 15-day free trial with no credit card, and Ordoro says it offers bundled pricing to customers who take more than one app, by quote. If you plan to run Shipping and Inventory together, ask for that number before you compare totals.
How much does Ordoro cost per month?
Ordoro costs $0 to $149 a month for shipping alone and $349 or $499 a month for inventory, before overages. A typical seller who needs both labels and reorder tools pays $558 a month at list price: Shipping Advanced at $59 plus Inventory Premium at $499. Each block of 1,000 orders over the first 1,000 adds $100 to the inventory bill.
What is in Ordoro Inventory Advanced vs Premium
Both Inventory plans share the same volume limit and the same core: unlimited warehouses, sales channels and users, kitting and bundling, automation rules, advanced analytics, the QuickBooks Online integration, API access, allocation, warehouse transfers, and email and phone support. Premium adds five things.
| Feature | Advanced ($349) | Premium ($499) |
|---|---|---|
| Stock sync across channels and warehouses | Yes | Yes |
| Kitting and bundling | Yes | Yes |
| Warehouse transfers and allocation | Yes | Yes |
| QuickBooks Online and API | Yes | Yes |
| Purchase orders | No | Yes |
| Stocktakes | No | Yes |
| Bill of materials and manufacturing orders | No | Yes |
| Custom forecasting report | No | Yes |
So the $150 step between the two plans buys the whole buying side of inventory. Advanced suits a seller who needs stock counts kept in sync across Shopify, Amazon, eBay and a couple of warehouses, and does their buying somewhere else. Anyone who wants Ordoro to send purchase orders to suppliers is a Premium customer.
Is Ordoro free?
Only the Shipping app has a free plan. Shipping Essential costs $0 for up to 100 labels a month on one sales channel, one ship-from location and one user, with Ordoro's discounted carrier rates. Go past 100 labels and the account locks until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts. Inventory and Dropshipping have no free plan, only the 15-day trial.
Ordoro overage costs and when to upgrade
Shipping Advanced charges $30 for each 1,000 labels over 3,000. That makes the break-even with Premium easy to work out: at 6,000 labels a month, Advanced costs $59 plus $90, which is the same $149 as Premium. Above about 6,000 labels, Premium is cheaper and also adds returns management, kitting, branded tracking pages, QuickBooks Online and the API. Below that, stay on Advanced unless you need one of those features.
Inventory has no higher tier to move to, so volume just adds $100 per 1,000 orders on either plan. A store with 3,000 orders a month pays $200 on top of the plan price; one with 5,000 orders pays $400. At that size, Premium costs $899 a month before shipping. Order-metered pricing is common in this category (Cin7, Unleashed and inFlow all cap orders too), and it is the main reason bills grow faster than headcount.
Three Ordoro budgets for US sellers
A Shopify brand shipping 600 orders a month
Shipping Advanced at $59 for labels and batch printing, plus Inventory Premium at $499 for purchase orders: $558 a month, or $6,696 a year at list price. If the brand only needs labels and a reorder list, Shipping Advanced plus a forecasting tool costs far less (see below).
A multichannel seller with 3,000 orders a month
Shipping Advanced covers 3,000 labels for $59. Inventory Premium is $499 plus $200 for the two extra blocks of orders, so $699. Total: $758 a month, about $9,100 a year, before any bundle discount.
A wholesaler that drop ships part of its catalog
Inventory Premium at $499 plus Dropshipping Advanced at $299 is $798 a month for up to 1,000 orders and 1,000 dropshipments. Add Shipping if the warehouse prints its own labels. This is where asking for bundled pricing is worth the call.
Does Ordoro do inventory forecasting?
Partly. Inventory Premium includes a custom forecasting report, which projects needs from your sales history so you can set reorder levels and build purchase orders. Ordoro does not list per-SKU demand models with seasonality, supplier lead times feeding calculated reorder points, or suggested order quantities on the plan table. If forecasting is the reason you are looking at Premium, compare it with a dedicated tool first.
Ordoro vs other inventory tools on price
| Tool | Entry price with purchase orders | How it charges | Shipping labels |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ordoro Inventory Premium | $499/mo | Plan plus $100 per 1,000 orders over 1,000 | Separate app, $0 to $149 |
| Zoho Inventory | $39/mo Standard (monthly) | Order and user caps per plan | Via shipping integrations |
| inFlow | $161/mo Entrepreneur (monthly) | 100 orders a month, $0.20 per extra order | Via integrations |
| Veeqo | From $19/mo Inventory | Seller-fulfilled orders a month | Free Shipping plan |
| Storekeeper Growth | $149/mo | Flat, up to 5 locations, no order cap | No, pair with any shipping app |
Ordoro's strength is that labels, inventory and drop shipping live in one place with unlimited users, which matters for a warehouse team of eight. Its weakness is the price of the purchasing side. A common setup is to keep Ordoro Shipping (free or $59) for labels and add a planning tool for the buying: Shipping Advanced at $59 plus Storekeeper Growth at $149 is $208 a month, and Storekeeper forecasts each SKU, calculates the reorder point from supplier lead times and drafts the purchase order per supplier. Our purchase order software page shows that workflow, and the Ordoro alternatives comparison covers seven tools side by side.
One accounting note for Premium Shipping and Inventory users: Ordoro's QuickBooks Online integration posts your sales and inventory activity, but it does not bring in the bank side. If one of your business accounts has no working bank feed, you can convert the bank statement into a QuickBooks file and import it, so the books close with both halves in place.
Is Ordoro worth it?
Ordoro is worth it for sellers who print thousands of labels a month across several channels and want shipping, stock sync and drop shipping under one login with unlimited users. It is poor value if you mainly want to know what to reorder, because purchase orders start at $499 a month and the forecasting is a report, not a planning engine. In that case keep Ordoro Shipping and add a tool built for the buying decision, such as our inventory replenishment software.
Does Ordoro have a free trial?
Yes. Ordoro offers a 15-day free trial on Shipping, Inventory and Dropshipping with no credit card required. You can change plans later as your volume changes. Use the trial to import a month of real orders, so you can see how many order blocks you will actually be billed for.
Questions to ask Ordoro before you buy
- Do you need purchase orders? If yes, budget for Inventory Premium at $499, not $349.
- How many orders will you process in your busiest month? Add $100 for each 1,000 over 1,000.
- Will you run two apps? Ask for the bundled price in writing.
- How many labels do you print? Above about 6,000 a month, Shipping Premium is cheaper than Advanced.
