Sellbrite alternative and Sellbrite competitors for sellers who need forecasts and purchase orders
Sellbrite keeps the same quantity on Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart. It never tells you when that quantity hits zero or how many to buy. Here is what else is on the market, priced from each vendor's own page, and where Storekeeper fits.

The best Sellbrite alternative depends on what Sellbrite is missing for you. For cheap shipping plus sync, Veeqo's inventory plans start at $19 a month. For dropshipping and kitting, Ordoro's inventory module costs $349 or $499. For a Shopify-led store that wants reorder suggestions, Sumtracker's Replenish plan is $119. For buying decisions (a forecast, reorder point and order quantity for every SKU, with draft purchase orders), Storekeeper costs $49 a month, or $149 with multichannel sync and purchase orders. Sellbrite itself has no forecasting and no purchase orders at any price.
Pricing taken from each vendor's own pricing page.
Sellbrite moves the number between channels. Nobody decides what to reorder.
Sell one unit on eBay and Sellbrite lowers the quantity on Amazon, Etsy and Walmart within 15 minutes. That is the job it does well, and it is why so many small sellers start there. What it leaves out is the purchasing side: no demand forecast, no reorder point, no supplier lead time and no purchase order.
So the buying decision ends up in a monthly export and a spreadsheet. That holds until a best seller sells out on Amazon three weeks before the container lands, or until cash sits in 400 units of a colorway that stopped selling in June.
Sellbrite and its competitors on one table
Entry prices are monthly list prices from each vendor's pricing page. Annual billing is cheaper on most of them.
| Tool | Entry price | What sets the price | Forecast and POs | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sellbrite | Free to 30 orders, then $29/mo | Orders per month, up to $1,699 at 100,000; FBA add-on $19 | Neither | Listing and quantity sync across marketplaces on a small budget |
| Veeqo | Shipping plan free; Inventory from $19/mo | Seller-fulfilled orders per month; High Volume from $350 | Sales-average forecast and POs on paid plans | Amazon-heavy sellers who also want discounted labels |
| Ordoro | Inventory $349/mo | 1,000 orders included, $100 per extra 1,000 | POs and a forecasting report on the $499 plan | Dropshipping, kitting and shipping in one account |
| Sumtracker | Manage $59/mo | Orders per year; Replenish $119 for forecasting | On Replenish only | Shopify-led stores syncing a few marketplaces |
| Zoho Inventory | $39/mo Standard ($29 yearly) | Order caps per tier, 500 to 15,000 a month | Manual POs; reorder alert at a level you type | Budget buyers who want accounting-style stock records |
| Linnworks | Quote only | Order volume plus modules | Forecasting sold as a module | High-volume sellers with a warehouse team |
| Storekeeper | $49/mo ($24 yearly) | Locations and channels: Growth $149, Scale $499 | Per-SKU forecast and reorder point on every plan; draft POs on Growth | Sellers whose problem is what and when to buy, not listing |

Why sellers leave Sellbrite, and why plenty stay
Sellbrite is cheap and does its one job. The reasons to shop around are specific.
Why sellers leave
- No purchasing side. No forecast, no reorder point, no supplier and no purchase order. Every buying decision happens outside the tool.
- Slow development. Sellbrite is owned by GoDaddy and its channel list still shows marketplaces that have closed. Sellers who want new channels or features tend to look elsewhere.
- Busy months raise the bill. Passing a tier mid-cycle moves you up automatically, prorated. A strong Q4 can push a $79 account to $179 for the month.
- Business-hours support. Support runs 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, which is thin cover for a weekend oversell.
Why sellers stay
- Price. $29 to $179 a month covers most sellers under 2,000 orders, and FBA orders never count toward the limit.
- Listing tools. Templates and bulk listing to several marketplaces at once save hours on a product launch.
- Sync every 15 minutes. Fast enough to keep cancellations off eBay and Walmart for most catalogs.
- Easy start. 14 days of unlimited access without a card, no setup fee and no contract on monthly billing.
Which Sellbrite alternative fits which problem
Start from what is actually going wrong. The right competitor follows from that.
Oversells and slow sync
If listings drift apart, compare sync speed and channel coverage first. Veeqo and Sumtracker both sync stock across marketplaces on their paid plans. Our multichannel inventory management page shows how one stock number feeds every channel.
Stockouts on best sellers
If the sync is fine but you keep running out, you do not need a new listing tool. You need a forecast and a reorder point per SKU. That is what inventory replenishment software does, and you can keep Sellbrite for listings next to it.
Purchase orders by hand
If someone types supplier orders into email every week, look at tools that draft them from the forecast. Storekeeper Growth groups suggested lines by supplier; see our purchase order software page.
One reorder list built from every channel's sales
Storekeeper reads sales from Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Etsy, adds them up per SKU and forecasts the next weeks with trend and seasonality. Each SKU gets a reorder point that covers sales through the supplier's lead time plus safety stock.
The list on the left is the result: only the lines that will run short before the next delivery, with a quantity rounded to the case pack. On Growth those lines become a draft purchase order per supplier. Figures in the sample are illustrative.
How to move off Sellbrite without a gap in sync
Four steps. Most sellers finish in an afternoon and keep selling the whole time.
-
1
Export your catalog
Download products and quantities from Sellbrite as CSV so SKUs and warehouse counts carry over exactly.
-
2
Connect the channels
Connect your store and marketplaces. Twelve months of sales history gives the forecast its seasonality.
-
3
Add suppliers
Enter lead times, case packs and minimum orders per supplier. This is what turns a forecast into a quantity.
-
4
Switch sync last
Turn off Sellbrite's quantity sync only after counts match, so no channel goes a minute without an update.
