Veeqo alternative and Veeqo competitors with real reorder forecasts
Veeqo prints cheap labels and keeps stock in sync. Its reorder math is a straight average of recent sales, so seasonal and fast-growing SKUs run out. Here is what else is on the market, priced from each vendor's own page.

The best Veeqo alternative depends on which half of Veeqo you are replacing. For shipping, ShipStation starts at $14.99 a month and adds purchase orders and forecasting only on Premium at $349.99. For marketplace listing and sync on a budget, Sellbrite runs $29 to $179 for most small sellers. For dropshipping and kitting, Ordoro's inventory module is $349 or $499. For the buying decision itself (a forecast with trend and seasonality, a reorder point and an order quantity per SKU, plus draft purchase orders), Storekeeper costs $49 a month, or $149 with multichannel sync and purchase orders, and it works next to Veeqo's free Shipping plan.

Veeqo's forecast looks backward at one window of sales
On the paid Inventory plan, Veeqo takes the units sold over a period you pick (30 days by default), divides by the number of days and multiplies by the days of stock you want to hold. You can add a manual uplift percentage, a lead time (7 days unless you change it) and a minimum stock number.
That works for steady sellers. It breaks on the SKUs that matter most. A product that doubled in the last two weeks gets ordered at last month's pace. A holiday item gets ordered in October at September's pace. And a 45-day ocean lead time against a 30-day sales window leaves no room for the trend at all.

Why sellers leave Veeqo, and why plenty stay
Why sellers leave
- Flat reorder math. One sales window, no seasonality, no trend.
- Free plan is shipping only. Stock sync, forecasts and POs need a paid plan.
- Bills follow volume. Shopify, eBay and Walmart orders all count toward the band.
- Amazon owns it. Some brands prefer not to route their non-Amazon order data through it.
Why sellers stay
- Free labels. Unlimited orders, users and warehouses, with up to 5% back in credits.
- FBA not billed. FBA and MCF orders never move you up a band.
- Cheap at low volume. $19 to $50 a month covers up to 1,000 orders.
- Amazon fit. Buy Shipping protections apply to labels bought through Amazon Shipping.
Which Veeqo alternative fits which problem
Veeqo bundles shipping and inventory. Decide which half is failing you, then shop for that half.
Labels and carriers
If shipping is the pain (carrier rules, LTL, returns portals), compare ShipStation and Ordoro. Both bill by shipment or order volume. Neither solves reordering below their top tiers.
Stockouts and overstock
If labels are fine but best sellers keep running out, keep Veeqo Shipping free and add a forecast per SKU. That is what inventory replenishment software does, with the lead time and safety stock built into the reorder point.
Supplier orders by hand
If someone rebuilds supplier orders in a spreadsheet each week, look for tools that draft them from the forecast. Storekeeper Growth groups lines by supplier and case pack; see our purchase order software page.
